About
Yuliya has worked at leading venture capital funds (Greylock and Lerer Hippeau), universities (Stanford and Columbia), and startups.
Yuliya Mykhaylovska (pronounced “YOU-lee-yah me-hai-LOW-ska”) is a talent advisor to mid- and early-career professionals. She has advised over 800 individuals over the course of her career and loves helping people find and land their dream roles.
She previously led early career talent programs at Greylock, a venture capital fund with over $3.5B under management and focused on early stage investing in enterprise and consumer software startups (including Airbnb, Coinbase, Discord, Figma, Roblox, Rubrik). She helped Greylock’s portfolio companies connect with and hire top early career talent in engineering, product, design, and chief of staff. Before this role, Yuliya managed the internship component of Stanford University’s program in New York and was responsible for student career advising, professional development, employer relations, and alumni engagement.
Prior to her role at Stanford, she was the platform manager at Lerer Hippeau in New York, a seed-focused venture capital fund. Yuliya worked in business development, sales, and project management roles across three NYC-based startups (spanning pre-seed to Series B to Series E). She was born in Ukraine, grew up in Brooklyn, and is a graduate of Stanford University. A consummate connector, Yuliya is multilingual (fluent in Ukrainian, French, and Spanish, as well as basic Portuguese) and enjoys supporting people all over the world. Outside of work, she volunteers for opportunity-access organizations for low-income youth.
